What drives my coaching isn't one client — it's all of them. Every woman I've trained has taught me something training programs don't account for on their own. That's what sent me back for NASM's Women's Fitness Specialization, and later for my ProNatal Fitness® Pre/Postnatal Specialist certification — and it's shaped every program I've built since.
I coach out of Recess here in Dallas, but the throughline is the same everywhere: strength training that works with your hormones — pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause — instead of ignoring them. What I bring to every session is knowledge and cueing — the ability to see exactly what your form needs and correct it in real time, not just hand you a program and hope it lands. I bring a dancer's eye for movement quality to every session, from your first bodyweight squat to your first postpartum deadlift.
My programming has been shaped by every client who's walked through the door — from women in their early 70s to a 20-year-old college student. That range is exactly why "one program fits all" was never the answer.
